Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC**

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, reservations, payments, and participation in any tour, service, or experience (“Services”) provided by Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “Riviera Dreamer Tours”). By submitting a deposit, booking a tour, or participating in any of our Services, you (“you,” “your,” or “Traveler”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Independent Tour Operator

Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC operates as an independent tour operator. We design and coordinate itineraries, but we do not own, operate, or manage the transportation, accommodations, attractions, guides, or services provided by third-party vendors.

2. Third-Party Vendor Responsibility

We work with trusted partners including hotels, local guides, transportation providers, restaurants, venues, and activity operators (“Third-Party Vendors”).
However:

  • We act solely as an intermediary between Travelers and these Third-Party Vendors.

  • We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of any Third-Party Vendor.

  • We are not responsible for injury, loss, inconvenience, delay, or damage caused by any Third-Party Vendor or their services.

All services are subject to the terms and conditions of the Third-Party Vendor supplying them.

3. Flights, Delays & Travel Interruptions

Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC does not provide or sell airfare.
Therefore:

  • We are not responsible for airline schedules, delays, cancellations, strikes, lost luggage, or any airline-related issues.

  • Travelers are responsible for securing their own flights and ensuring arrival in time for the tour start.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed activities or portions of the tour due to flight delays, cancellations, or other travel interruptions.

4. Traveler Documentation Requirements

Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary:

  • Passports

  • Visas

  • Government-issued documents

  • Travel permissions required for entry into Italy or any destination included in the itinerary

A valid passport must not expire within six (6) months of the tour end date.
No refunds will be issued if you are denied entry or miss the tour due to documentation issues.

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all Travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Trip interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Lost or delayed luggage

  • Natural disasters

  • Vendor failure or insolvency

Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC is not liable for denied or declined insurance claims, nor do we intervene in disputes between Travelers and insurance carriers.

6. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Final balances must be paid by the deadline listed on your official tour contract.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

Detailed cancellation and refund policies will be provided at booking and take precedence over generalized statements.

7. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, activities, accommodations, or transportation as necessary due to weather, vendor availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Substitutions will be of equal or greater value whenever possible.

These changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

8. Traveler Conduct & Safety

We expect all Travelers to behave respectfully toward each other, our guides, and third-party partners. We reserve the right to remove any Traveler from a tour for behavior that:

  • Endangers themselves or others

  • Disrupts the experience for the group

  • Violates local laws or customs

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. Health & Fitness Requirements

Some tours include physical activities such as walking, stairs, boat rides, and moderate hiking. By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in these activities.

We are not liable for injuries or conditions arising from a Traveler’s health, mobility limitations, or failure to disclose medical information.

10. Personal Property

Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including luggage, passports, electronics, or valuables.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Traveler for the tour.

  • By booking, you release us from all claims related to travel risks, vendor actions, travel delays, border control decisions, illness, injury, weather, or force majeure events.

12. Media Release

By participating in our tours, you grant Riviera Dreamer Tours LLC permission to use photographs, video, or testimonials featuring you for marketing purposes.
You may opt out by notifying us in writing before your tour begins.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts located in that state.
